The Vertical Acoustic Doppler Profiler (V-ADCP) is designed for high-accuracy measurement of water flow and level and velocity profile in open channels.

It is ideal for open channels, rivers and streams, stormwater channels and irrigation canals.

Key features:

• No calibration required
• Integrates with telemetry to allow viewing of real-time data remotely
• Internal battery and recorder so that it can be left onsite for months to collect data
• Small transducer mounted to bottom of open channel allows for less flow disturbance
• Range of 3 - 150 user-selectable velocity measurement cells (cell size 3cm - 20cm and profiling range 0.2m - 5m)
• Broadband technology that allows for small cells and/or short averaging/sampling intervals and highly accurate velocity data.
